DESCRIPTION:🙏 Join Us in Unity: First-Ever Worldwide Marian Procession & Sacred Heart Adoration 🙏\nYou are warmly invited to participate in a historic\, grace-filled public witness of faith right here in Perth! On June 12th & 13th\, 2026\, St Columba’s in South Perth will host a beautiful 2-Day Adoration and Rosary Procession in honor of the Feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. \nThis is a unique opportunity to gather as a community\, pray the Four Mysteries of the Rosary\, and walk together in faith down to the stunning Sir James Mitchell Park. \n📅 Schedule of Events\n\n\n\nDate\nTime\nEvent\n\n\n\n\nFriday\, 12th June\n10:00 AM\nHoly Mass (Feast of the Sacred Heart)\n\n\nFriday\, 12th June\n11:00 AM\n24-Hour Adoration Commences\n\n\nSaturday\, 13th June\n9:00 AM\nAdoration Concludes\n\n\nSaturday\, 13th June\n9:00 AM\nHoly Mass (Feast of the Immaculate Heart)\n\n\nSaturday\, 13th June\n9:40 AM – 10:45 AM\nRosary Procession to Sir James Mitchell Park\n\n\n\n  \n🕊️ We Need Your Help: Call for Volunteers!\nTo bring this spiritual journey to life\, we are calling on our wonderful community to step forward. Whether you can offer an hour of prayer or assist with the procession logistics\, your contribution is vital. \nPlease review the roles below and sign up! \n\n\nCanopy Bearers: Men are required to carry the canopy over the Blessed Sacrament during the public procession. We need a team of men so individuals can swap out and rest. \n\n\nStatue Bearers: Men to carry the beautiful statue of Our Lady along the procession route. \n\n\nProcessional Marshals: Men in Hi-Vis gear to help guide the crowd and ensure safety on the move. \n\n\nFlower Girls: Young girls to scatter rose petals (or traditional red\, white\, and blue dyed rice confetti) before the Blessed Sacrament. \n\n\nAcolytes & Servers: We are seeking acolytes\, six processional candle bearers (two for the cross\, four for the canopy)\, two thurifers for incense\, and a bell ringer to announce the procession in public. \n\n\nLiturgy & Music: Musicians\, readers\, and flag bearers to elevate the Holy Masses and the procession. \n\n\n\nPraise God\, our Adoration roster is fully filled! \n\nA massive thank you to everyone who stepped up to anchor an hour. Because of your incredible response\, we have a complete 24-hour guard for the Blessed Sacrament.\nBut remember\, a filled roster doesn’t mean you can’t drop by! You are always welcome to come in\, sit quietly\, and spend an hour (or even just a few minutes) in the presence of Jesus.\nHere is everything you need to know for this historic weekend at St Columba’s:\n\n\n\n The Schedule\n\nFriday\, June 12th @ 10:00 AM: Opening Mass\, immediately followed by 24-hour Adoration.\nFriday Night / Saturday Morning: Adoration continues right through the night.\nSaturday\, June 13th @ 9:00 AM: Morning Mass\, immediately followed by the Rosary Procession.\n\n\n\n Why This is So Significant\n\nHosting this event at St Columba’s in South Perth is incredibly special. Did you know that the very first worldwide Eucharistic procession happened in Derry\, Ireland—the spiritual home of St Columba himself? By joining us next weekend\, you are connecting directly back to that beautiful heritage of faith.\n\n\nCome join us next weekend and become a part of Our Lady’s Global Army! \n\n\n\n Still Looking to Help? (An update from the organisers)\nWhile the adoration hours are set\, we are still looking for a few specific volunteers to help the procession run smoothly:\nHi-Vis Marshals: We still need a few more men to help with safety and direction during the procession.\n\n\nCatholic Florists / Rose Petals: We need a lot of rose petals for the flower girls.
